Q. Is Aluminium guttering more expensive than PVC?

A. Initial costs for aluminium guttering are higher but in the long term aluminium guttering is a financially viable option as it requires less maintenance and lasts longer.

Q. How long will it take me to get a quote?

A. If we are quoting for guttering and downpipes we will endeavour to have your quotation ready within 48 hours. For more complex work involving fascias and soffits we will have your quotation ready within 7 days.

Q. How long does it take to get the work done once I accept the quote?

A. This depends on your requirements, our seamless guttering is made on site and we carry stock at all times. Some bespoke downpipes and sectional guttering items may need 10 days to be manufactured. We will always endeavour to have your products and a team of fitters with you at your earliest convenience.

Q. Do we supply all the scaffolding required or will you need to find a scaffold supplier?

A. We have the latest and safest scaffold equipment on board our vans, safety is of paramount importance to both our fitters and our customers.

Q. Are Eco Roofline sufficiently insured?

A. We are fully insured to work on our customer's properties, please feel free to ask to see a copy of our insurance if you wish.

Q. What will Eco Roofline do with the waste guttering taken from my property?

A. We will remove all the waste from your property and dispose of it in an environmentally green way; all old plastic guttering and downpipes are taken to be re-cycled. We will NOT tip on landfill !!
